ARE YOUR SESSIONS PURELY FOR SENSORY USERS?

No. Whilst our studio offers an overall sensory experience, we are not limited to sensory sessions only, which makes Bodrumorphix even more unique!

Our studio surroundings and activities are a perfect setup for EVERYONE, INCLUSIVELY!

From parents who just wish to meet up in a safe, fun place (with or without their child(ren)) for a catch up or time out, individuals who struggle to go to busy, crowded places alone and may therefore feel vulnerable elsewhere, baby groups, toddler groups, childminders, people who just need a break from their every day stresses, meetings/event hosting, fundraising events, team building workshops, charity organisations, community groups, fed up/bored teens, creative minds needing stimulation, seniors/retirement groups, multi-sensory and additional needs to families getting together for a fun time out and friends meeting up.

We have yet to find ANYONE who actually WANTS to leave at the end of their time at Bodrumorphix Glow Studio. In fact, the common feeling is that the hour session "flew by" or "went so fast!"

Yes...and MUCH more for your money! The great thing about Bodrumorphix Glow Studio is that you don't just get the full EXCLUSIVE use of our studio for your booking - you also get all equipment & activities included which have been prepared for you. All at no extra charge. So, there is no need to book & pay for separate messy play sessions, sensory room sessions, interactive sessions etc - saving you £'s in the long run.

With so much to discover & explore, time will fly by!

WHERE IS BODRUMORPHIX GLOW STUDIO LOCATED?

Once you turn onto Wyvern Business Park, keep going straight ahead - past Premier Inn on your left, past Stephenson's Way, right to the end of the road.

You will see a large sign on your left (just after BB&J's) listing all of the businesses located within Wyvern Court. It also has a map

layout showing each businesses location. Bodrumorphix can be found at 'Unit E' on the map.

DO YOU HAVE ONSITE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes. We have FREE parking right outside our studio doors.

Weekdays from 9am - 5pm we have TWO allocated parking spaces only - one of which is clearly marked for wider disabled vehicle access.

Both of these spaces can be used by our visitors - no badge is needed.

Weekdays 5pm onwards & weekends, we have use of the whole car park (12+ available spaces) so you can park anywhere.

WHAT AGE ARE YOUR SESSIONS APPROPRIATE FOR?

EVERYONE - from birth to seniors equally.

All of our sessions are private, closed sessions, which makes them easily tailored & adaptable to suit, according to the age of those attending.

Individuals & small groups are welcomed equally - babies, toddlers, teens, adults & seniors all equally welcomed & catered for.

There literally is something for EVERY age.

HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?

Every Glow & Grow private exclusive session is 1 hour long. Double, back to back sessions can be booked if required. Please contact us for more information. For an idea of a session breakdown, click here.

DO YOU HAVE DISABLED ACCESS/FACILITIES/BABY CHANGING FACILITIES?

Yes. Our studio is fully accessible for disabled users. We have an allocated disabled access parking space directly outside our studio doors, easy ground floor level access, equipped disabled bathroom facilities & adaptable programs to suit all levels of mobility.

We also have a portable baby changing mat & nappy bins available.

ARE BOOKINGS REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE IF I CANCEL?

Cancelled session bookings are fully refundable or transferrable with up to 24 hours notice.

After that, no refunds will be given and transfers will not be possible.

For private party hire bookings, we require 72 hours notice for cancellations.

CAN FOOD/DRINK BE BOUGHT INTO THE SESSIONS?

No food or drink is permitted within the studio for various safety reasons. The exceptions to this rule are baby milk and those needed for medical reasons, for example, diabetes. In these circumstances, drinks must be in non-spill bottles/containers and not be left open or unattended .

DO YOU DO GIFT VOUCHERS?

Yes, we have introduced our Bodrumorphix Glow & Grow session gift vouchers due to popular demand.

Perfect for anyone struggling to know what to buy someone for a special occasion or treat.
