When you arrive for your private magical glow session, our main lights will be on to begin with - this helps prevent any initial sensory overload, as well as adding that little extra reassurance to see what is around. It also allows time to remove shoes, coats etc ready for the session.
Once you are comfortable in the studio, we will introduce you to various things before we leave you to explore and relax at your own pace.
Do not worry though, a qualified member of staff will be present at all times throughout your session should you need extra support or require any assistance.
* You can let us know when booking any specific needs, requirements, disabilities, health conditions or allergies that may need bringing to our attention beforehand via our online booking form.
* A parent/adult/carer etc must remain in the studio at ll times and be responsible for all children or vulnerable adults within their group.
* We have disabled bathroom facilities, as well as baby changing facilities.
* You may bring bottles water/drinks to your session to keep hydrated, especially in warmer weather, but please do not bring food, hot drinks or cans/cartons into the studio or drink near any lighting or electronic equipment. Milk for babies is of course welcomed.
After a few minutes, the main lights will be switched off and the Bodrumorphix Glow magic truly begins!
Please note: The main lights can be turned back on at ANY stage of your session if preferred or needed for any reason. In fact, ANY of our specialised lighting effects can be altered or turned off at any point.
15 minutes before the end of EVERY session, the main lights will be turned back on. This not only signals the session is coming to an end and it's time to start tidying up/winding up, but more importantly, it enables everyone's eyes to become accustomed once again to natural light in preparation for going back outside - preventing eye strain once you leave the studio.
